cover the basic tools of conducting an appeal at each level. This session will
be a look at remembering and using the basics of each approach to value in
light of the changing market conditions and work life for assessors with

case studies will be incorporated, to help the assessor/ appraiser utilize
one’s experience, knowledge and education. If the agency's client is the local
jurisdiction and property owners are entitled to quality assessor attention,
is everybody satisfied including the assessor? |
